I offer you two subjects in one article but they are overlapping and very related. The two pieces of research in the 2nd half of the article are quite exciting - did you know researchers have found there are two main sub-types of pNETs, one less likely to recur and metastasise than the other? In a similar piece of research, scientist found other mutations with hints of more aggressive courses which should help guide specialists in better managing pancreatic NETs.  This will hopefully lead to similar research in other types of Neuroendocrine Neoplasm.
