It’s been an amazing week on my Facebook pages with some knock on effect on my website. I have been working on (and focussing on) my main Facebook page and I appreciate the support from you guys. Sharing a facebook post has proven to be very powerful for some of my posts on that page (Neuroendocrine Cancer). Between us we attracted many people from outside the community and many who were not part of the community but now are. Thank you.
On my website, I only added a couple of posts last week:
1. 2025 Surveillance Update from Ronny Allan: “No evidence of progressive disease” – Click here to read the outcome.
2. Surgery is risky but so is driving a car – a republishing of an old post but still relevant. Click here to read that one.
3. I may look well, but you can’t see my battles! – an invisible illness theme which went down well on Facebook. Click here to take a look. Or go see the comments on Facebook – click here.
Other highlights
The invisible illness post above became a huge hightlight of the week (see links above) but it was beaten into 2nd place by the the anniversary of Aretha Franklin’s death. If you did not know Aretha had a pancreatic NET, click on this link to read. Or go join in the Facebook commentary – click here. That post has been shared 155 times (so far) meaning a potential awareness reach of tens of thousands of people.
You may also want to check out my other Facebook pages.

World Neuroendocrine Cancer Day – needs some love as I’ve been so focussed on page Neuroendocrine Cancer. Click on the page link and have a browse of August’s output!
Thanks for supporting my social media!
