Summary of 2025 from Ronny
It was a good year for my advocacy work but a difficult year personally which had some impact on my advocacy work. I had to spend quite a bit of time looking after my brother’s affairs when he was diagnosed with dementia and is now living in residential care. That took a lot of my free time away, not that I resent it, it’s just one of those things you just have to do, despite the stress it entails. I also have a glitch on my website affecting iPhones which I’m slowly working through. The result is a circa 50K less views than the previous year. That said, despite these issues, the support for my pages and website this year has been significant with over 220,000 hits and I am deeply thankful to those who continue to visit my sites and join my private group. Onwards to 2026!

My Facebook pages
An update of the top performing posts on my public Facebook pages in 2025.
Page 1 – Neuroendocrine Cancer
My main blog page Neuroendocrine Cancer had two posts which I can highlight here. Both had phenomenal numbers in several of the categories of engagement in 2025 – spookily both in December.
Another post from December was very popular and a totally different subject. This time, the next generation PET scan launched by Australia. Very pleased with this new blog’s performance. Click here or on the graphic below.
Page 2 – World Neuroendocrine Cancer Day
My main awareness page World Neuroendocrine Cancer Day had two posts which I can highlight here. This is my smallest page at 3300 followers but this post got a phenomenal response and was streets ahead of the post in 2nd place. Steve Jobs always gets a reaction!
