MP0712 (212Pb x DLL3), Radio-DARPin – DLL3 Radioligand Therapy Trial for Neuroendocrine Neoplasms

Molecular Partners and Orano Med have dosed the first patients in a US Phase 1/2a trial of MP0712, a novel Radio-DARPin drug targeting DLL3, a protein highly expressed in small cell lung cancer and other neuroendocrine tumors. This therapy uses lead-212 to deliver targeted alpha radiation to tumors, aiming to improve treatment precision and reduce side effects.
