Streptozocin is an anti-cancer (“antineoplastic” or “cytotoxic”) chemotherapy drug. This medication is classified as an “alkylating agent.” used well-differentiated, G1 or G2 neuroendocrine tumours of pancreatic origin, in combination with 5-Fluorouracil (5FU). Commercial name is Zanosar.
