Welcome to my Neuroendocrine Cancer terms and definitions list providing a source of meanings for acronyms and medical terms, all sourced from top cancer/Neuroendocrine Cancer sites. This version is a simple combination of an intelligent search (e.g. type first character to filter etc) plus a simple long list of all the terms in my repository. But each has a link which will direct you to the definition of the term plus where applicable, links to any of my articles where I have tagged this term (therefore providing added context).
Please note I’m constantly working on the repository to clean up all definitions, adding and removing links where necessary, and ensuring all definitions are linked to at least one article. Where a definition is not yet linked to an article, the definition will still be listed, and you will see a message saying “nothing found” and offering you a search of my entire website.
The large long list below entitled “Full list of terms” is the 0 to 9 and A to Z list of terms in my database. If you’re happy just scrolling down the list of terms it will work for you. The number in brackets after a term is the number of posts linked to that term. Each term is linked to the definition at the top and then below, links to the posts where the definition is further defined with some context. Press the back button on your browser anytime to return to the database.
A very basic search facility is currently there entitled “Tags” – it is sitting just above the Full list of terms. You will see a drop down if you click in the search bar but if you do not select a tag this way and simply type in the first letter/number of the term, it filters the list down so you can find something quicker. I hope to build an easier search bar in due course – but see the next paragraph.
I generated this version to help certain iPhone users who have issues reading my posts. But please note there is another version of this database built in my fuill website page builder. You can read this version with a fully clickable 0-9 and A-Z box to reduce the full list available. Plus it has a language translator. Click here.
Thanks for supporting this repository which started as a 2020 “lock-down” project. I’m always looking for volunteers to help me proof check the content and make suggestions for changes including inclusions. Let me know if you can help (message me on my Facebook pages but I will shortly produce a form to send messages to me direct from this post, hoping to incorporate it soon).
Ronny
